DXi provides implementation services for our designed solutions or can provide project management services when deployment is carried out either by internal staff or by a systems integration organization.  Either way, DXi will ensure deployment projects are carried out in a manner that provides a rapid but effective implementation.

Choosing DXi to deliver or guide the implementation effort ensures solutions are delivered on time, within budget and without service interruption.  DXi applies a phased delivery strategy to guarantee successful implementations.  Once a solution has been designed, DXi will perform a "proof of concept" workshop to validate the solution in a replica test environment.  During this phase the solution is refined and certified only after established acceptance criteria has been met.  Next, DXi recommends that deployment in the live production environment be carried out first in a pilot mode to verify results and optimize the implementation plan as necessary.  The success of the pilot is then reviewed and a full implementation is scheduled based on results.
